Did your client end up on the wrong workflow? This can happen sometimes depending on how your Lead Capture form is set up.
You might also need to remove a client from a workflow if their project has gone dormant, or has been paused for an extended period of time.

Step 1: Begin by selecting "Projects" from your left-hand side menu + Select the client project in question (hint: you may have to access this from your "Archives" folder if this is a dormant project)
