A client has booked a call with you, but they shoot you a DM or email letting you know that they can't make their initial appointment time. No sweat! You can manage all of your appointments in the back end.
Step 1: Navigate to the "Calendar" tab on your left-side menu
Step 2: Select the appointment in question & use the icons at the top right-hand corner to either cancel or reschedule the appointment.
