Creating Canned Emails for messages that you send frequently to clients is going to save you SO much time. Plus, once you have your Canned Emails created, you can start auto-sending using Dubsado Workflows.
We recommend having a Canned Email for at least each of these instances:
Confirmation Email - when somebody fills out a Lead Capture Form
Invitation to Book a Call with You
Welcome Email outlining your timeline, processes, etc - for once a proposal has been accepted
Any relevant emails that might be useful throughout your client process
