Dubsado has a few default Canned Emails already set up for you within your account in order to complete the mandatory functions such as sending the completed contract to your client, or notifying a client when an Appointment has been Cancelled or Rescheduled.
The wording in these templates is pretty stiff, so we definitely recommend popping in there to add a bit of personality. It can be a little tricky to find these templates, so check out the screenshot below to see where to locate these.
