How to Remove the Start Date from a Cold Lead

Need to delete an expired start date from your client's project or client portal?


Check out the screenshot below to see how:


Step 1: Begin by selecting "Projects" from your left-hand side menu

Step 2: Navigate into the "Leads" tab + Select the Lead project in question

Step 3: Just below their Project Title, you'll see a date - Click the 'X' to remove their start date.
