Deleting Client Projects on Dubsado
In order to get your Dubsado account up and running, we recommend running as many tests as necessary until you feel totally confident using your new platform.
The upside to running multiple tests is that you can be sure your new platform is going to have you back while onboarding clients, invoicing, signing documents, etc.
The downside to running multiple tests is that you may have a handful of sample leads and clients that are cluttering your Project Dashboard.
It can be a little tricky to delete a Project from your Dubsado account.
Here are all of the areas that you need to hit in order to successfully delete a client project:
Step 1: Access the client projects via the "Projects" tab + Select the project in question
Step 2: Remove any Contracts
Step 3: Navigate to the "Forms" tab within their project & delete any "Sub Agreement" type forms.
Step 4: Navigate to the "Invoices" tab and click "Invoice List". From here you will see a list of invoices - click the little trash can icon next to any invoices you may find here
Step 5: Delete the Client Project
