If you'd like to download a file you previously uploaded to YouTube, you may do so following these steps:
Step 1: From within your account, click "Content" on the sidebar
Step 2: Hover over the desired video and click the 3 dots that appear
Step 3: Select "Download" from the list of drop-down options
